Amin may have been that bad as he is portrayed, but some of us, if we had gone to school during the NRM time, we would not be what we are intellectually. The fees was affordable in a good school you could pay shs 650 a year. Bursaries were in place. Now, the money which would help in these ventures has simply been stollen and people have built many hills around kampala.
