Countries like Uganda are indeed bckward. Images like those below would be enough to have a sitting president disqualified even by his party to contest an election. But we indeed have to remain beggars since we cannot even make advised decisions. When you see how redundant many Ugandans are you just wonder, and crime has to be expected. Uganda is one country well endowed with good climate, man power that can get the country out of economic crisis, name it, but the problem: TOP LEADERSHIP.
