UGANDANS WHO LOOT ACCIDENT VICTIMS ARE A BIG SHAME TO THE COUNTRY

In the photo are the people in close vicinity to Buwama who looted after two FUSO trucks collided head on and 6 people perished. It is sad that people who have brains though poor can resort to having the courage to loot victims of such accidents. The lorries in this case fused into each other that there was need to use heavy trucks to get them a part ad the occupants were got after the trucks were taken to Buwama Police where methods were devised to get the bodies out.
