Whoever is involved in corruption, stealing tax funds or donor funds in Uganda can be equated to a shinny coffin which actually covers the stench of a decomposed body. These people look good from the outer side, but are killing the economy and the tax payer. You see them drive good cars and build good houses but they have unfortunately ruined the economy.
