KCCA NOT DOING BADLY ON DRAINAGE
The technical people have a lot to do in the city. It is getting cleaner but the smell in a number of places is bad. The disposal of sewerage. Around Mini Price it is bad news, then KCCA Lubaga offices to mention a few.
