IT IS TIME TO WORK ON ANNUAL REPORTS

Some organizations take a lot of time to work on Annual Reports, at times you find them having a backlog of a year or so. It is prudent management to work on the Annual Report around this time of the year. it would be great in countries like Uganda to have a position of the year before Christmas and write out the report shortly after the close of the year.
