THE GOVT. OF UGANDA SHOULD INCLUDE THE NGO SECTOR IN THE NATIONAL BUDGET

When the national budget is read, there is a wrong impression that Government is the only provider. The picture on ground is that the NGO sector including Non Government organizations, Faith Based organizations as well as Community Based Organizations greatly contribute to the welfare of the people in Uganda. Can Government show how much these sectors include in monetary terms? This is against the background that NGOs at least submit returns yearly.
