IS UGANDA POLICE SERIOUS ABOUT THE ALLEGED TERRORIST

The story of the alleged terrorist looks like many of those stories the Police cooks to justify its actions. There is the allegation that the photo was taken by a woman, however, if this woman was concerned, why did she not alert fellow travelers? What if the man blew up the bus? I cannot easily believe this type of story. I however pray that people to Namugongo are safe.
