Right Hon. Rebecca Kadaga, thank God for the challenges you have gone through in 2012. The future has to be faced with a lot of determination and courage. I wish to appeal to you over the issue of Basoga having to dry cereals on bare ground. It should be criminal and unacceptable at this time to have people in Uganda manage cereals that way. This is an observation I have made on a number of times I go to Busoga and it is my conviction that you can do something to see the people dry the cereals the right way. Thank you. William Kituuka
