SURELY, 1,500 POLICEMEN IN BUKOTO SOUTH, THIS IS MADNESS

The 1,500 Policemen deployed in Bukoto South is not a good image for Uganda, moreso at a time when we are 50 years Independent. The problem is two fold. The elections is the sure way to earn free money in Uganda. Secondly, the NRM 's unwillingness to make judgement even when their candidate cannot make it successfully in an election as is the case of Nsambu given his tainted image in Buganda.
