As the NRM schemes for another 5 years, there must be a strategy on jams
It is difficult to believe that a journey started on at 6.30am; a distance of 8 miles from Kajjansi to Kampala city centre can take one and a half hours! At that rate, if the NRM does not change strategy to see jams minimal, it will be most unfortunate.
