CRY THE BELOVED UGANDA

There is a Head teacher of a primary school in Wakiso, the unfortunate thing about this man is that at the time when he is supposed to be at school, I normally see him around Kajjansi trading centre. It is not clear why everything is gone wrong in Uganda. By our time, Head teachers were staying at the schools or at least sleeping in close vicinity, but you imagine today things are different. A head teacher can stay miles away only to learn that during the night a school dormitory was burnt. Surely, things need to be done right. can schools get head teachers who are innovative and ready to serve? Those who cannot do as expected should voluntarily leave service. it is true the conditions of service are bad, but surely, should someone be paid for doing no work at all?
