You can trust Ugandans. A guy moves around places making at least shs 50,000 on 100 people a day who are MTN customers. He tells them than he can give them shs 1,000 as long as they are MTN subscribers. He ends up helping them recover or get shs 1,000 in bonus and they pay shs 500! What a smart deal?
