NEED FOR A SOLUTION TO TRAFFIC JAMS DUE TO KITENDE ST. MARY'S

The traffic problem due to St. Mary's Kitende can not go on like that. There ought to be a solution. Either routes are modified so that traffic is better directed, or the students are evacuated from and to the school using buses so that parents pick them from elsewhere instead of creating such a big inconvenience to the road users. Hope somebody out there will work on this situation.
