Following the burning of Muzibu Azala Mpanga (Kasubi Tombs), it is realized that ths heritage site needs to co-exist peacefully with the locals; and that way they provide security to it. This co-existence can be boosted if the locals around Kasubi are extended a lease for a market so that instead of finding themselves without a proper place to operate from. A decent one can be assigned to them. This will also improve on the security of the Kasubi tombs.
